    level, the slow pace, or just one of those days. I was trying very hard to
    remain in the moment and think to myself that Adriene would tell me it’s
    okay if I’m frustrated and feel like crying because of this practice lol.

    loss videos.. They are great.. Belly is really fired up!! But i have
    noticed changes in yoga poses..

  12. I got through 16.05 minutes of this today… it just wasn’t happening. I’m
    going to complete the video tomorrow, in full!
    I did 30 days of yoga (3 per week over the last 10 weeks) and really
    enjoyed it. I actually moved from DDP Yoga to this and the pace suits me
    better. I feel more solid and more alive with this stuff

    other people but I prefer Adriana over them. Discovered these when I was
    injured and couldn’t perform high impact/intensity workouts. So thankful
