Weight Loss Tip: One of the most important ways to be fit is to stay hydrated. You should drink around 2 liters or 8 glasses of water that are 8 ounces full. Being hydrated keeps your energy high, and prevents you from pigging out at the first sign of hunger. It also removes impurities from your body.

The worlds largest misconception- Metabolism means building UP fats from food, so you /don’t/ want a high Metabolism. You want a high CATABOLISM, which is the process of breaking DOWN fats from foods. Dunno why fitness gets it wrong all the time, but I suppose its about common word of mouth and having actual Biology under your belt.

I mean meat was plentiful sometimes but it was hard to come by and most evidence considers it was somewhat more of a if we get it great type thing that wasn’t a daily food because it is so labor intensive.
