Weight Loss Tip: Stay away from fried foods if you are serious about losing weight. Instead of frying your food, use some of the many other cooking options. Try baking, roasting, braising, or steaming your food to make delicious meals that are good for you as well. You will soon find that you won't crave fried foods as much.

  3. this makes me feel so bad because I eat way less than this, but I don’t lose weight at all and I know each person needs a different amount of calories/proteins etc. but I eat really a little and my body is always so big, my stomach is always so bloated. I’ll try to eat something like this and see how it goes

  18. I don’t understand how 1,500 calories is low. I eat about 600-800 calories per day and feel full constantly. It’s different for everyone
