What Are The Best Breakfast Foods For Weight Loss, Blood Sugar Health And Brain Energy

Weight Loss Tip: Make weight loss fun and not a chore. Some people avoid exercise because they think of it as punishment instead of fun. Getting up and moving more each day provides results just as well as repetitive push-ups, sit-ups and squat-thrusts. Have fun and lose weight by shadow-boxing each time your least favorite contestant on a reality show appears on your television screen. Get in the habit of dancing at certain times of the day. Put on your favorite tunes and groove those pounds and inches off of your body.

  1. I discovered your video today…and I started following your tips to weight loss…I can already feel the changes….
#I had a glass of acv water first thing in the morning
    # had a 40mins fast walk.
    # for breakfast I had green pea and little coconut, with my acv water
    # no lunch no snack
    # dinner I had fish, 1avocado and 1 cucumber…this was so filling…I had these with lemon water….
I will keep this up for a week ( only having protein, helthy fat and veggies)and let you know how it works out in a week…my present weight is 99kg

  2. Dr. Berg, how do u feel about eating a small cereal for dinner for weight loss? honey but cheerios for example??

  3. What do you think about raisins and their relation to health, losing weight and a keto diet?

  4. What are your thoughts on cottage cheese for part of breakfast or at all on a ketogenic eating lifestyle? Thank you.

  5. I literally feel sick if I eat a heavy, carb laden breakfast… I always have. Whole eggs and kale shake for me!

  6. Has anyone tried Antinobotan Solution? (google it) We’ve noticed many awesome things about this popular fat burn method.

  7. Dr. Berg: My mother was a fan of Adele Davis, read all her books, and raised us on her recommended diet. Blackstrap molasses, brewers yeast and organ meats. Unfortunately, she was a big advocate for milk. Later in life I discovered I was allergic to milk.

  8. I lost 4 stone by having a ribeye steak with 2 eggs for breakfast, a chicken breast with melted mozarella cheese and a flatbread for lunch and a large ribeye steak with mushrooms, fried onions and green beans and vegetables for dinner and a dessert of chocolate mousse. I did this for 2 months and lost 4 stone

  9. Can’t agree with you re bacon and eggs. These are enormously cruel things to eat. If you think of yourself as a kind person but you pay for animals to be confined, exploited, tortured and killed just cos you like the taste, wake up – you are NOT a kind person. There are plenty of foods to eat for protein that do not involve killing and eating animal flesh or products and if you are a nutritionist you should KNOW this!

  10. The best breakfast is no food at all in the morning. Just eat in a time window of 5 hours a day and fast for 19 hours. Best of the best.
