  1. +fitnessblender : How many times do you guys recommend strength training If I am typically training 6 days a week and looking to loose about 14-15 kgs.

  2. Went back to this one today. I love a good strength training routine where you sweat your butt off. Literally. This is a very butt-intensive workout. I used 10 lbs per hand on most everything except ventral raises and the tricep kickbacks (7 lbs per hand on those). The routine goes by super fast — don’t be intimidated by there being 3 rounds.

  3. Workout complete. Love hearing it after I pushed myself through this workout. Couldn’t imagine finishing this, but I did it! How cool is that? Fitness Blender showed me how strong I really am! Thank you so much. ❤

  5. Shocking, I had to do my own warm up and cool down:) I selected 30 mins for a reason Kelly.
    Great workout I was too tired to pick my dumbells up in round 3 so I just used some light weights.

  6. before achalasia cardia, this mattered too much for me, now that i can’t eat like all you people….it doesn’t even matter anymore whether i work out or not because the weight only reduces.
