  4. I have been listening to some of the others whom were okay, I also am
    currently in treatment For debilitating PTSD, my therapist does EMDR which
    is tapping tapping on one knee to the next whilst she guilds me thought
    certain events. I notice that when she taps left to right my eyes follow..
    Thus the name if the therapy “EMDR” Rapid eye moment. Which is for anxiety
    for me. I have to implore you make more with the Binural Beats! I almost
    immediately started in to REM. (Rapid eye movement) Only Its wasn’t done
    Using a tapping or a pendulum or other like EMDR tools.,I heard the motion
    of your voice and you can’t not ,not follow ! Wow I hope to hear more from

  8. I started I started listening to this June 8th and I wanted to lose 10
    pounds by June 18th.
    I only lost 9 pounds, but since then I have lost another 7 pounds.
    **All WITHOUT EXERCISE!! I injured my foot so it is in a boot, so I have
    not been able to do any exercise.
    I cannot wait till I get this boot off so I can start seriously exercising
    to lose more weight.
    My goal is to lose at least another 10-15 pounds by October.
    *The main thing for me is: I DO NOT crave cookies, candy, or ice cream.
    Basically, and almost unbelievably, I am not interested in sugars or
    processed foods. Instead of having Apple Juice, I will eat an apple.
    I have always been an avid drinker of water… drinking at least 1-2 liters
    per day. Sometimes I squeeze a little bit of fresh lemon or fresh orange
    juice into my water.
    It seems like my body is now craving healthy foods, and that is a very good
    thing. 🙂
    *I am also vegetarian, so I have to get my protein in different places. I
    am just more conscious of where I get them. has anyone have any suggestions
    for low-fat & low-calorie non-animal sources of protein?

    Wow, it is amazing. (not for weight-loss yet) but for relaxation. I slept

    Took me about 2 weeks for my subconscious to get in sync with the
    affirmations. After the initial two weeks, I am very conscious of what I
    eat and find myself selecting healthier meals and getting smaller portions.
    The best part, cravings seem to be gone!

    Sodas, gone… I find myself drinking plenty of water or teas instead;
    sweets, gone… never been a sweet tooth anyway; junk food, gone… I find
    myself reaching for a smoothie, fruits or vegetables instead.

    Mysteriously, the time I never “had” for exercising is there and look
    forward to it 

    I feel amazing, my skin is showing it and my body started to show it too!

    I am in my third week and have lost two dress sizes –my grandmother always
    told us not to look at the scale, but the sizes 

  13. This is like voodoo…in a GOOD way. I started listening 13 days ago and
    immediately I had zero cravings. Wine, sugar, chips, carbs,…All totally
    gone the first day. It took me a few days to even realize they were gone
    and I was eating better. I can not explain it, I don’t care and I have now
    been listening twice a day most days just to reinforce it when I have time
    ( I’m making time because I’m so impressed). I have been on every detox, 30
    day whole food, anti this and that to quell cravings…this worked for me
    from day 1! My mood is through the roof because my diet is so clean. I
    sleep 2 less hours a day. I know I sound like a hysterical freak but for
