  4. I would not use ANY artificial sweetener. Besides their possible damage to

    otherwise. Bananas are great natural sweetener or a little honey or full
    raw sugar ( the whole plant) where the amount of sugar matches the
    triggered insulin.

  8. I can’t take this video seriously due to the music track.. Snoop? I mean
    really? And you could at least use one with better sound quality and all of
    these suggestions aren’t the best solutions… First, high fiber cereals
    usually have a lot of sugar, sugar is what makes us fat, not fats (healthy
    fats), artificial sweeteners are known to actually cause water and fat
    retention due to the chemicals and cause you to crave junk foods, what
    people who want to lose weight really NEED to do is to stop this trashy
    dependence on sugar and salt. It’s not easy, but once you start
    reducing sugars and salts in your diet, you will start to enjoy the flavor
    of the foods, and yes, there is flavor under that sugar and
    salt! Eventually sugary and salty foods won’t taste good anymore. And
    where is the green tea and almonds (and other nuts)?

  11. sorry to say this but bread does the exact opposite of burn fat it makes
    you gain weight because if you think back to the cave man diet they only
    ate fruit vegetables nuts and meat no grains so when we invented bread and
    other grains our bodes don’t know what to do with it so it sends it
    straight to fat but every thing else was good for losing weight
