  4. this really works!! i used to have very big thighs. i had lots of muscles
    already but way too much fat on top of it. i do this 3 or 4 times a week.
    sometimes less. after 2 months i didnt recognize my own legs. i went down a
    size in pants. but i can see and feel lots of muscles now and a lot of fat
    is gone. i hope i will loose even more with this and by eathing healthy!
    which ive been doing for a year now..
