  1. These past few weeks been weird, just couldn’t stop binge eating, day after day. Couldn’t stop, ate till I felt so full laying down felt uncomfortable, guess I gotta force myself to change otherwise I’ll end up dying. For 90 days I’m gonna wake up around 6:30 am, stretch, and take a walk for 50 minutes. I’ll work my way up slowly to jogging and then running. I gotta change my diet too, but nothing drastic, I’m gonna eat non processed foods, zero bread and zero butter, only water, zero sugar, I can eat carbs but not a lot, gonna lower my portion sizes, I’ll drink a lot of water before every meal and not gonna add excess salt to any food.
