  4. Hi, I’m a pear shaped 18 year old girl who struggles with having big butt and thighs. Will this work out help me getting slimmer thighs and butt? Btw I tried doing this and those leg lifts killed me xD I’m gonna do this work out 2-3 times a day and let’s see if I can get slimmer thighs and butt!

  5. I know that I cannot spot reduce, but I am really trying to lose fat from my overall midsection (basically hips, waist, rolls when I wear a bra) and thighs.   9. I love your workout videos! I have a question for you. I have a major problem with my lower abdominal are. I have had 3 surgeries, 2 of which were C-sections. It has left me with this pouch right above the incision. I have tried various exercises but nothing seems to work. Do you know what type of exercises I can do to remove this pouch?

  11. this is amazing, thank you, i know its probably way to late for you to answer this but, do you have any idea how many calories this workout burns? general or not, or maybe someone in the comments could help. im finally being compleatly serious about being healthier, fit and lose weight, so since ive been writing down all food/cals ive been eating and workouts and what not. im working very hard on trying to figure the calories out for workouts or even intense housework. so if any of you lovley people could give me an idea or point me in the right direction that would be amazing. thanks again Tiff yout videos are amazing

  16. I started this two days ago (skipped it yesterday because of my periods ugh), and I’m back at it now. Second time I do it, I can barely lift my leg haha. I also have no balance so I kept stumbling but everytime I went right back to it! I know I just need to get used to it and my body will adapt, so I’m patient.

    I’m also doing Tiffany’s “Booty Shaking Waist Workout” since Monday and I’m already seeing small changes in my belly/love handles. Seems like it’s starting to shrink a bit.

    I’m planning on doing both of the workouts three times a day (in the morning, afternoon, and night). I also cut out icecream and sugary drinks and daily snacks from my diet. If that doesn’t work, I don’t know what else will haha!

    I’ll give you an update at the end of the month :’D I’m 180cm and currently weigh 89kg. My sizes are: 104-89-119.5 cm for now. I have a pear shaped body. See you at the end of the month!
