  2. They may be “negative calorie foods” but they’re also really good for you minerals and vitamins -wise

  3. @CrynOut yes but not as much as fried chickens, pizza, nuggets etc. Fats need to be burnt to digest fruits and vegetables. That’s why we have to eat fruits to lose weight.

  4. I’m on this apple diet right now!Every third hour i eat an apple to keep my digestion going! And at like lunch or dinner i eat a low calorie meal, like a salad or something. With this i work out atleast 2 hours a day, and try to be below 700 calories a day.

Everything has calories in it, but many of them are very low in calories (i.e. strawberries, roughly 4 cal per regular sized strawberry) so your body burns more calories in the process of digesting them than they actually contain. There is a lot of controversy about whether or not negative calorie foods are effective for weight loss, but I think they make for good snacks as long as your diet stays balanced!

  7. @CrynOut Fruit are all negative calories…..It’s even hard to be full on fruit unless you eat tons and tons of fruit but not only is fruit good for you but cleanses your body and gives your skin a healthy glow and great for your hair

  8. @CrynOut yes its true cause for example an apple could have like 120 calories but it doesnt have calories in fat, and one energy bar has like 120 calories also but like 50 calories in fat, so the apple is much healthier cause it has no fat. duh.

  11. u guys wanna loose weight . with out any excersise , with out any diet plan just follow this , simply put one day of ur week a fruit day means u only eat fruits and nothing else .. and trust me u will loose fat heavily
