Your waiter can put half of your meal in a "to go" container, and only bring the other half on your plate. This will help you keep yourself on track with your consumption of calories and fat. -1/2 cup of almond milk
-1/2 cup of water
-frozen fruit ( pineapples, strawberries, blueberries)
-handful of spinach and kale
-tsp of flax seeds
Blend 30-45 secs in a blender.
Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs, whole wheat toast with butter and jam, hot tea with no sugar, and a banana.
Lunch: 2 pieces of baked tilapia and 1 whole baked sweet potato topped with grounded cinnamon.
Dinner: Oxtails over a Salad with light dressing. (any protein of your choice)
*All meals throughout the day were eaten with Lemon water only!*
*** 10 minutes of cardio and/or ab workout per day!!!***
