Mandira gave birth to her son Vir via a C-section and reached 54 kgs within 6 months post her baby. She dedicated herself to fitness and was easily sliding into her 26 waist size jeans post baby.
As we caught up with Mandira Bedi we asked her to share the exercise regime she did to loose weight. What is even better about this particular regime, is that you need only basic equipment for the first set and absolutely no equipment for the second.
