Instead Of Losing Weight, I Lost The Clothes That Didn’t Fit

Weight Loss Tip: Part of a fitness plan for weight loss should be strength training. Strength training will help burn more calories during exercise, as well as build muscle cells. Having a higher proportion of muscle cells in your body will increase your metabolism, as muscle cells burn more calories at rest than do fat cells.

  1. I actually figured out about the diet program “lyly amazing guide” thru a Google search. In just a very few days, I’ve lost a lot more than 15 pounds. It’s the best diet program I’ve actually seen and it sure works for me.

  2. My problem is that I don’t want to get rid of some of my clothes that don’t fit because their cute…idc if it doesn’t fit me or not but if its cute AHHH

  3. I think the term “fat” is very derivitive. I think you are only overweight if your body seriously inhibits your movements. it’s good to have some fat, just not enough for serious problems 🙂

  4. When I saw this video in my recommendations, I clicked on it because I knew there was going to be drama in the comments section.

  5. girl I am you and the struggle is real I recently gotten to the point too where I am trying to just be happy with who I am now

  6. Girl you are truly lovely. Look at those cheekbones! I have recently stopped counting calories and have gained strength to just love me…it’s a process. But there is grace for it!! You are soooo beautiful. Don’t stop the fight to love who you are!

  7. How can people not understand the difference between skinny and overweight… You guys have to know there’s a middleground in there right? If you aren’t skinny you are not automatically fat or overweight. If you have a bit more meat on your bones you aren’t automatically fat. There is a span between being overweight and thin. It’s called the BMI numbers between 19 and 24, people…

  8. but…. she’s not even that over weight. she doesn’t need to lose weight anyways. everyone needs to chill

  9. My cousin informed me about the “lyly amazing guide” (Google it). This is a weight loss plan that seriously works. In the beginning I was a bit skeptical however in two weeks I’ve already dropped over 14 pounds. Google it to learn more.

  10. “I have a hard time losing weight”
*actively holds a beer in her hand* I wonder why, sweetie.

It starts with what you eat and drink. Water and plant milk are great. Stay away from saturated fats, oils, and refined sugars

  11. you are beautiful just as is… what matters is what you feel… if you don’t feel comfortable where you are at then take the next time to commit in making a change… hope all goes well for you.

  12. Seriously, I just don’t get how people can eat and eat and eat. I see people always saying that dieting never works. It does work, you just fall off the wagon constantly. Instead of normal portions you have massive ones, instead of eating a healthy breakfast they miss it out and binge later on danishes and cappuccinos. Instead of cooking a meal at home people get lazy and order takeaway. People don’t feel hunger enough as its just a constant shovel food in mouth situation. If you only ate when you felt hunger you’d be slim.

  13. I can relate so so much to most of the things you said. Waiting to be the right weight for clothes to look better. I realised I’m still in that mindset and if you feel happier just letting yourself be, maybe I should try it too?

  14. Maybe she should loose weight in a healthy way, without an eating disorder.
