Don't bye white bread, it has none of these benefits, and will increase your waist line. Try purchasing rye bread, or whole wheat instead. Also try a brown rice instead of white.

  1. This was such an annoying video, you didn’t mention anything about howbyou lost your weight! The title is saying here’s how I lost weight without exercising, and the video is saying you should exercise… and you talk about diet but didn’t mention anything about what you ate to lose weight. Decide what your point is.
