How to perform a 7-site skinfold body fat measurement on a female


Weight Loss Tip: Eliminating sodas and soft drinks from your daily routine is one of the most important steps to eating a healthier diet. This video will explain how to measure the 7 standard sites for measuring body composition using a caliper. Site include: chest, midaxillary, suprailiac, abdominal, triceps, subscapular, and thigh. It also includes tips on how to properly measure waist circumference.
