Weight Loss Tip: Set a positive example for any children by eating healthy in front of them and showing that nutritious foods do not bother you. If the child sees that you are eating and enjoy the food, they are more likely too imitate you and eat it as well. Children have a desire to follow the example set by those they look up to.
