  2. I’m sorry but if you can’t run around the block without panting or stopping for air there is no reason to be working out. Being in shape is what people should want, not just muscle. That’s why I lift weights then run at a incline at a decent pace for 5 minutes after lifting.

  8. age is also a factor I’m 33 and I can’t drop weight like I did ten years ago diet and exercise isn’t enough I have to change everything in my daily routine just to kick start my mutable ism . first off I’m a big guy over weight vary brod shoulders and barrel chested I’m 6ft tall and according to the standard I’ should weigh 170 lbs I haven’t bin that small since I was 14 any way about ten years ago I was at 260 lbs and got down to 185 I was muscular but I also could see every bone in my body to the point where people were asking if I had a eating disorder I just wanted to see how much I could lose so for my size I figured out that 195 to 200 lbs is where I should be at for my metabolism so the standards are false don’t go by those learn to listen to how your body reacts now how I dropped the weight was all I ate was romen noodles two packs a day and drank nothing but water I know this is dumb but it’s all I could afford at the time and my job at the time was vary physical weight training was recommended I also allowed myself I fast food meal once every two weeks when I got paid and within three months lost 80lbs I know this kind of weight loss is bad but I kept the lbs off for about three years now I’m older and have had to slo down a lot from knee and back injures I’m doing it again this time I’m 280 but just changing what I eat will help the difference this time is I’m eating healthy going from frozen pizza to fruits and vegetables is huge about ten lbs a week huge weight loss is hard but you can do it remember when your stomach is growling that your not going to starve that’s when your body is burning fat and you want your stomach to shrink no one says much about that it sucks for about two weeks but if I can do it a 298 lb at my heaviest anyone can get rid of all the crap food in your house that helps me forces me to eat vegetables for snacks and I don’t eat after 6pm no matter what because the more hungry I am when I fall asleep the more fat gets burned when I sleep about 2lbs a night this is not re amended but it’s what I do everyone is different dah so why take advise from people that are telling you how everyone’s the same on paper it might be tru but applied in the real word no

  11. Your diet sucks you eat to many calories you are stressed out and not sleeping enough…Well lets see I work out 6 days a week for about 3 to 4 hours. I eat no more than 1000 calories a day. I am always stressed… I don’t sleep well… And I still have belly fat
