  10. The first one is a lot better then the rest the others just makes it worse you have another muscle near the obliques coming from behind your legs and that bulges out as you do the other workout routines and thanks for the tip anyways I liked the first one a lot

  12. I dont why people(fat people) ask so much questions like reps do 12 15 20 n do 3-6 set of them till it burns till u can’t do it anymore its nothing time don’t think oh I wanna see results in time you’ll see those results just gotta keep going go to the gym work ur ass off!!

  13. A lot of guys say this does not work but, but, In my case is working. Went from pants size 35 to 33 and the pants are kinda loose will get to 32 by end of summer for sure. Am doing this exercises as well as the one in his other videos.
