  1. first try and i finished it all and I’m only a little bit tired I was only
    tired the most when they gave a 30 second break half way but now looking at
    comments seeing when they stopped like 11 mins etc makes me feel bad so do
    ur best guys and try ur best to finish all I feel left out :(

  5. Hi! I have stopped going to the gym since 8 months n gained 4kgs. Now I am
    trying to follow your channel and plan a routine where i do 1 day of arms,
    1 day of abs, 1 day of legs and 1 day of cardio n repeat the cycle. Is it a
    good idea? Btw I could complete 29 mins of this video..yay! :D
