  1. Can I do these exercises with more reps without the active rest part? I
    broke my toe so I can’t do the jumping jacks and running in place

  2. Wow, that’s an intense workout. Its hard too but just get into a daily
    routine and it becomes normal along with eating healthy.

  3. Eventually, I have seen a diet plan that is effective for me. My partner
    and i only wish that I had come across this diet program a long time ago. I
    know I would of lost at least 6 more pounds. Google “sowo amazing plan” for

  4. I’ve got a question just to be sure im doing it right; at the end of the
    video u say ”do another 4 rounds” so what u mean by that is repeat all
    the exercises shown in the vid 4 more times and get like 1 or 2 mins rest
    in between each full round right?
