  1. I’m a heavy gal and I drink 2 gallons of water a day, warm. I don’t like it cold. I pour the gallon of water into a 20 ounce tumbler with a straw and funny…I am so thirsty faster. It’s easier to drink water warm. In a week, 6 lbs gone. I never feel hungry. So in the past week, I have opted to eat less carbs as well. Mostly proteins and I love it.

  3. Sorry, don’t believe it. Eat moderately, exercise regularly, and flab will come off. Water is necessary, but not some sort of panacaea for weight-loss.

  4. I drunk over about 8 bottles of f****** water through taner stacks of 8 bottles of it now how the f*** do you not lose a lot of weight from that drunk 8 containers of water a big ass water bottles and I have not lost a damn town
