  2. There is no such thing as targeted fat loss. You just need to lower your fat % and hope that it eventually comes off the belly too. It’s a genetic thing I suppose.

    Increasing muscle mass also lowers your overall fat % if you stay the same weight and it gives the fat more surface area to cover so that might help too.
