  1. Gonna be doing this for 2 weeks while on a low carb no dairy diet along with intense leg workout slim waist and booty blaster with cardio starting Thursday. I’m 5’2 149 lbs and 17. Comment if you want updates.

  2. Serious question here, does anyone know how to ease any pain or discomfort felt around the lower back-pelvis area when doing these exercises that requires you to have a V form?? I tried putting a couch pillow under my pelvis I ended up not being able to get up to a crunch lol I do these exercises on a regular yoga mat btw, would love any helpful suggestion 🙂

    Day1:it was so painful but u won’t be able to see results on the first day(also my abs were burning all day)
    Day:2 my body is kind off getting used to it no results tho
