  6. I work from and thought could this on my 15 minute break…little did I know I would need so many breaks in between. This workout is intense for 5 minutes.

  8. I do this in the bath room plus 30 push ups and 1 minute plank, turns out I sweat crazily like running a marathon, then I immediate jump into the cold shower, man it feels so good !
