    but i m more interested n muscle training n challenging workouts now…..
    prev workout burns 260 cal.

    exercise is tough, but worth doing it. n in the long run u will get use to

    dessert and cant handle it, do this cardio that day so i can sleep
    peacefully :D

  7. Done it for 1 week now + 10 min abs workout and healthy food( 4 meals a
    day), started with 68,7. kg , this morning was 66,4kg . Keep going . Will
    continue with this workout 3 more weeks

  8. if this workout can burn 400 calories at a time so that means if i will do
    this cardio workout 3 times per day so i can loose 20 kg in 2 months and
    also i have to stick on 1000 calorie diet and drink 20 glasses of water.
