  2. I eat lots of almonds and garbanzo beans every day. In fact, I snack on almonds throughout the day and I try to eat two servings of garbanzo beans. I don’t eat much of other foods.
    If you guys don’t know but garbanzo beans are one hell of a source of protein. 100 grams of them has 19 grams of protein. Even though they’re rich in carbohydrates they have a low glycemic index, which means they won’t spike your blood sugar in case you have high sugar levels and are worried about diabetes.
