  2. Show does she do it 1 after another with ni rest. There is another one with the full thing and she does not rest but this one better cause it says what she gonna do.in the other one it doesn’t. Day 1 and I am in so much pain I could only do some of them. How many time do u do this?

  5. the first time I tried it, it was really tough but I kept doing it, then after this I started my abs workout then suddenly I couldn’t move my body, then I went to sleep the next morning I measured my weight and i lost 0.6 kg!!!
