  3. Coach K, can you please explain the difference/benefits of weight training
    with, or w/out a weight bench. I just bought a DVD on strength training and
    some of the moves the instructor uses a bench (mainly the arms). She gives
    no alternate options, or explains why she’s using one. Ty Nature O

  4. I had three more minutes of this video, but I stopped I was about to go get
    a chocolate bar.I thought of my family and self defense so I went back and
    continued this work out.

  5. For some reason my left arm is weaker than my right arm, so should i do
    this excersice only with my left arm? Or continue with both arms?

  6. I did it! I just bought a 15 lbs dumbbells and did not know how to use
    them. Ok if I only do this and eat well to lose 70+ lbs I have to lose?
