  2. Good 15min ride. I've done spin while I was in the US Army and enjoyed it immensely. I retired in 2016. I got a bit lazy after retirement and let myself go. I've been trying to find a type of cardio that I can enjoyably sustain. Bought a Keiser M3i a couple months ago. Finally finding the motivation to start using it. 15min is long enough for me right now. Plus, I'll increase resistance and rpms as I my endurance and stamina get stronger.
