  1. Google the diet “fizy unique plan”, for me, it is the best plan I have tested out and achieved very good results. I actually first discovered about it through my colleagues and I can`t feel how much it has improved my life. I have shed 15 lbs so far and I feel great.

The reason why this works is because after a fast, it’s impossible or really hard to binge because your hunger signals are more noticeable or your stomach shrinks. So at the end of the “feast day” you only had 125% of kcal versus 175%

  7. People in the comments make me mad…. this girl is right, excess calories make you GAIN WEIGHT so yes it is important to portion foods correctly in order to maintain. Vegans gain weight too if they eat excess calories…… you can even lose weight if you eat unhealthy food. Ex) if I ate 2 twinkies a day and nothing else I would be in a calorie deficit and would lose weight.Yes that is extremely unhealthy and no one should do that but just using it as an example

  10. Going vegan doesn’t mean you’ll lose weight. Eating less will mean you’ll lose weight. Sad vegans pls leave
