    trainer is very motivated and keep encourage me to not stop . Thank you
    very much .I will doing this for months and see wat is the result :)

  12. Just finished this exercise and I feel great. Felt like I was in a music
    video. This was my first time and I know I’m going to continue it!

  13. I think I look like a vegetable doing the body rolls! Haha so not sexy at
    all 😛 but this was fun. My abs are so so weak so doing even 10 crunches in
    a row is challenging for me but this is much easier to start with
