  2. The whole time she was talking about having relaxed muscles they were burning and so tense and I could not find a way to stop it lol, I’ve totally lost all flexibility i guess

  3. Ok my first day and I feel pretty good after. I couldn’t hold some of the poses for as long as she did but I did ok I think for being as out of shape as I am right now. I have a lot of weight to lose so I’m thinking it will take a few weeks to start seeing any results from this. Should I be doing any cardio between these yoga work outs? Like jumping rope 2 x’s a week or going on an evening speed walk to begin with then progressing to a 20 minute jog??

  4. I loved this video. I’ve never done yoga before and I felt so calm and great afterwards. Some positions were a little difficult (hence the beginner title) but overall this was amazing. Definitely watching the other two.

  7. How do you “draw your energy and awareness down into your belly?” I’ve been looking at several yoga videos looking for something to compliment my weight training. I’ve heard many great things about yoga but I’m becoming increasing confused by much of the jargon and ‘spiritual’ side of the techniques.

  8. The point of it saying it’s for beginners is because I actually is. Just because it’s a beginning course and this is your first ever time, doesn’t mean it’s suppose to be easy. You gotta do it daily for a couple weeks and your body will very quickly be able to stretch more and more. You become more and more strong in your core. It’s meant to be easy to adjust to for some who has never done it. Y’all cry and give up way too easily, damn.
