Hello there…I am.planning to make a “garlic portion drink” but I’m having trouble in choosing what Garlic to be use since I happened to come across a video here in ypu tube discussing about garlic coming from china which the narrator called it “bleached garlic” because of all the chemicals use by the chinese fatmer. And he went to say that we should use homegrown garlic. Since then I already use the local garlic which has very small cloves compared the imported garlic. Since the ingrediients is only 12 cloves..and the local garlic is very small..I find it to be insuffecient for the prescrbe ingredients.
    Can you tell.me.what garlic should I use as ingredients, the local or that imported garlic from china??
