  5. To me this screams the worst kind of message, that not only will society approve of you if you conform to their standards of beauty, but that you should achieve this conformation by any means necessary even starving yourself.
    I get that being overweight might not be attractive to most people, but that doesn’t mean people should treat you with any less respect or that you should change for any other reason than you want to.
    Seems to me that everybody in this anime are shallow, single minded pricks.
