  2. the second one is honestly so true, my dad started dieting about 1-2 years ago and he said that aside from the first month (he lost 5kg), every week he’s only losing about 0.5kg, even if he went to the gym every day

  3. Thank you for your suggestions. This is the first video what I watched from you and you’re really trustworthy. I watched a lot of youtuber and instagirls who just show their meals and workout routine and perfect body what they’ve achieved after years but we start now and we see only the result. I started my journey some week ago and I eat cleaner now and go to gym almost everyday (and not only do cardio) but now I can understand it is a long term process for others too and it is okay not seeing dramatical weight loss and others sometimes also eat not clear things on holiday and this is not end of the world. We can stand up and go on 🙂 I subscribed ♥

  5. i’m actually starving myself, because i dont know how to eat healthier, i’m always afraid to overeat. i’ve been battling depression for almost 6years and when i feel bad i eat. sweets were my ”’savior”’. i dont have anyone to help me. because were i live people just make fun of you if you try to change. and it makes me feel even more depressed watching these amazing transformation, because i know, i’ll never be able to achieve it. amazing job Hannah.

  7. i’ve been eating healthy and exercising since january and while i haven’t seen a difference in my weight, i was so confused but hearing that when doing muscle strength training (which is what i do) it will take longer to see results because you are maintaining the muscle i was so relieved because i thought i was doing something wrong phew

  9. You are correct…. SLOW weight lost, eating healthy is the way to go!!!! A friend of mine from Germany said to me, make sure your exercise outweighs the food you taken in and you will be ok.

  10. I litteraly ate 3 bananas and 3 apples a day and lost 10lbs in a month . no excersize. how it worked I still don’t know except the fiber parts.
