WHAT I EAT IN A DAY | WEIGHT LOSS MEAL PLAN FOR WOMEN

Weight Loss Tip: If you think that you're hungry, wait about fifteen minutes before having a meal. Sometimes a hunger cue can be caused by the need to hydrate your body, or even from boredom. Go for a fifteen minute walk and have a glass of water. If you're still hungry, it's time for some food.

  1. Please don’t promote coconut oil as a healthy fat. You’re spreading misinformation. Coconut oil is not good for you!

Aside from that, those oats look delicious haha

  2. Does anyone have any good recommendations of healthy meal plans without nuts. I’m allergic but the majority of videos I have watched have had nuts in at least in one meal a day.

  3. What’s the name of that dip and where do I purchase it? I live in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and I really would like to get it.

  4. Cooking raw oats need a long time… no time for that. I will pass that and stick with my cereal.

  5. Do you think I can lose weight if I am 5´´7 and 63 kilogram with your meals (I don´t eat dinner)?:) I love your Chanel!

  6. so glad to stumble upon this video. I really like the idea that you can prepare healthy yet super delicious meals! I’m trying to maintain a balanced weight and lifestyle so this is indeed very helpful! *hits subscribe*

  7. Yesss!!! Almost all unprocessed foods, an advocate for healthy fats, options for gluten-free, dairy free, and your diet includes protein like chicken. I think I’m in love with this channel already. Just subscribed.
