How I gained confidence-

RECAP
I eat 1200 calories a day (if I go a few over or under its ok lol)
I don’t deduct calories for working out (will talk about in next episode )
Cheat day every saturday for 24 hours then back to 1200 a day!

  1. i know what i eat has a huge impact in my weight loss but i feel like losing the weight on my legs is so hard. I do exercises on my legs everyday and have seen weight loss but I’m size 10 usually in jeans and i really wanna be a 8 asap, any suggestions? my knees aren’t very strong so running isn’t always helpful so is there anything i can do to see a faster result in my legs? i work out EVERYDAY and it is so tiring as i work daily too and i hate having to work daily, is there anything i can do that i don’t have to workout constantly and still see a difference?

  2. One of the most horrible diets I’ve ever seen, so many animal products, no fiber, nothing fresh, damn 1200 calories, obsessive counting… Fuck. No one wants to live like that.

  3. For those who follow a strict diet and or eats bland food for healthy/lose weight reasons, don’t forget that a cheat meal a week helps a ton. Don’t feel guilty about it and it helps make you appreciate and enjoy food a lot more. Healthy low calorie foods don’t have to be horrible tasting and leaving you hungry, there are plenty of recipes out there that can help you along the way 🙂 Research, practice and it will become easy, I promise!

What u just posted about what u would eat in a day, well, I would eat stuff like this but maintain my weight forever n never lose. I never count cals either. I guess I need to try. If Im supposed to eat a certain amount of cals a day, do i still have to excercise alot to lose weight? I have arthritis in my hips n back so its harder on me. thx. oh… do u have to excercise after ea. meal to lose weight? i need to know this . I really appreciate u making this video

  6. I had not heard of the diet “sowo amazing plan” (Google it) right up until my good friend gave so remarkably about it when they dropped almost 10 pounds. My partner and i googled “sowo amazing plan” and so should you.

  8. I dont want to be bitchy because I think you are cool as shit. But a calorie is NOT just a calorie. The thought that as long as you eat 1200 calories, you can stuff whatever you want in there as long as you stick to the numbers is very misinformed. Also, 1200 calories is extremely low and puts your body in a state of famine. It may work short term, but down the line, your metabolism will be extremely damaged and fixing it can be a nightmare! Anyways, back to the calorie thing. Eating 300 calories worth of steak is going to be processed a hell of a lot differently to 300 calories full of good nutritious fruits & vegetables. That’s why I suggest you eat when you’re hungry, stop when you’re satisfied, forget the calorie counting nonsense, and just stick to healthy, whole, nutritious foods in their purest form. Not only will you look amazing but you will FEEL like a super woman with so much energy. It also takes so much pressure off the body because you are restricting yourself (even just subconsciously) and that puts unnecessary stress on the body which actually can lead to weight gain. love you!

  9. This was awesome! See I eat 1200 cal also and a lot of people think it’s too little but I never go hungry. Do you eat 1200 cal when you workout as well or you eat more?

  10. I don’t think I eat more than 900 calories a day, I’m trying to lose weight but I’m not starving myself. I get full with what I eat and I don’t find it necessary to eat more? is that a problem? btw I’ve been eating mostly healthy food that’s why it doesn’t make a big calories count…

  13. All these so called vegans who are like “I’m eating 5.000 cals a day!” are clearly either lying or seriously overeating. You don’t need that much food unless you are extremely tall or a professional athlete. Being e.g. 5’4″ and moderately active and eating sooo much is a waste of food. Some people are starving to death and vegans are all over the net proudly claiming that they need tons of food just to feel satisfied. If u think this is beneficial for the animals and the planet u are ignorant. Sam’s cal intake is obviously perfect for her height and activity level, so just consider how YOUR diet is affecting the poor and the environment.
