Weight Loss Tip: One of the best ways to lose weight is to try to avoid processed foods as much as possible. Even the most beneficial processed foods have fats, salt, sugars (or artificial sugars), preservatives, and other ingredients your body doesn't need.   3. this makes me feel so bad because I eat way less than this, but I don’t lose weight at all and I know each person needs a different amount of calories/proteins etc. but I eat really a little and my body is always so big, my stomach is always so bloated. I’ll try to eat something like this and see how it goes

I love your videos but it’s so hard to hear you speak! sometimes the music will drown out your voice and other times idk if it’s because you’re talking so fast but I’ll play back several times and even put in headphones asking myself “what did she just say?” other than that frustration thank you for posting these videos and would love to see more!

  11. My colleagues all follow the “fizy unique plan” (Google it) and they have shed between 9 and 14 pounds each so far. Following hearing about their results, I decided to research this plan on google for myself, and I shed pounds myself as soon as I started off following the “fizy unique plan”.

  18. I don’t understand how 1,500 calories is low. I eat about 600-800 calories per day and feel full constantly. It’s different for everyone
