  1. I’m counting the calories you’re eating (I’ve been counting mine for over a year & we like similar things so I know about where you’re at calorie-wise), and your numbers just seem really low. Have you tried boosting your caloric intake slightly & seeing if your body will adjust? I was nodding my head at the dates though…they’re such a treat 🙂

I want to advise you, all of these dates means the number of singles because our Prophet Mohammed recommended it and even scientifically studies have shown that eating seven dates or five, the sugar in the dates turns to carbohydrate in the form of energy in the body, but eat the number of doubles – The dates will turn into negative sugar i am muslim

  3. Im also on a diet and i just eat 200g Grapes a day hehe^^ i know it’s not healthy but i have to lose weight>~~< so i'm going to do this grape diet for 1 month (*_*)/
