Weight Loss Body Transformation in 60 Days. Starting weight 97KG. I’m just an ordinary guy using simple straight method to get in shape. My final weight is 78KG on day 60. I’m still determine to keep going till I achieved what was impossible onc – Six Pack!. The secret – Never Give Up!

  1. you must be quite short. I’m about 5’10” and weigh 205lbs and (not trying
    to be rude) don’t look nearly as big as you did at the start. however, that
    said, well done.

  2. Good to see you get out there mate, very inspirational, but I was thinking
    that you need to be careful of running injuries if you try to go from zero
    to hero too quick. Body needs to adjust at it’s own pace, and you get to
    understand the difference between pain and strain.
