  4. you know what i don’t understand… is when i weighed 300LBS and then lost it (down to 190lbs) i was told: “u look good” “lookin’ good”… it’s like PURE HONESTY. no one wants to COMPLIMENT u when u are a OVERWEIGHT, u have to have a svelte physique in order to be praised by friends and family… HMMMMMM??
