  1. I do a video of yours most mornings and have done for the past 6 months and even cancelled my gym membership. For some reason I feel compelled to only now write a comment. Your videos are so fantastic and well executed. I’m sure you’re both aware of this because of your huge success with your channel but regardless I have to reiterate what everybody is saying. NO other exercise videos compare. None. Ive tried to change things up and only a few minutes into other videos I instantly come back to one of yours. Your videos are just on another level. Anyway thats me done – time for a shower. Thanks Daniel and Kelli.

  3. love this it wasn’t so hard but I still felt it and it builds my arms (something I need to work on).

  4. The first time I did this workout I didn’t like it at all! This time I smashed it. It feels like Kelli has come a long way in her videos – she’s much more chatty and enthusiastic now. It’s like having a best friend to work out with and I love it!

  6. I only like jump squats until the count of ten. Until then, it’s like “breeeeeze, finally! Cool my sweat!”

  7. I did reverse fly and vent raise with one dumbbell weighting 10 lb. I had to bend my arm, otherwise my whole core moved to the other side. What did I do wrong?

  8. Lol I’m back!!! and can now say this is pretty easy, and I’m probably one of the rare breeds that love burpees. But not jump squats nor star jumps…. thanks for the routine I enjoyed it!
