  1. idk if it was just me but i IMMEDIATELY felt the burn when i did this! does
    that mean its working?

  2. does it really get rid of d muffin top cuz I got this big muffin top and it
    luks horrible when I put jeans and frocks…. and how many times should we
    do this exercise in a week. is it alright to do different muffin top
    exercise at the same time?

  3. I started this and the leg workout yestaday hopefully I’ll keep going and
    see a differnce and I’ve been eating a bit healthier no junkkk!
