    optimal diet (plant-based), so I really got a lot out of this video
    (learned so much from the convo with that doc. over the results). Thanks so

  2. I am one of those geeks who listened to all the explanations! Any tips for
    helping people with an under active thyroid? I’ve tried soooo many things –
    I eat mostly plant based (all vegan), exercise regularly, get enough sleep,
    stay hydrated, take some supplements and superfoods, quit caffeine etc etc
    I wouldn’t say I was too much over my ideal size but find it so difficult
    to reduce body fat considering all the steps i’m taking. On the bright side
    I believe I would be in a much worse state if I wasn’t doing a lot of the
    things I do for my health – Difficult when most of the systems in your body
    run off your thyroid and if that’s not working properly it really
    complicates things. :)

  4. So true about what you said at the end, I went fully whole food vegan at
    the beginning of the month and have not lost a single pound but I feel
    awesome and my clothes fit better so i know that I am moving in the right
    direction.

  5. Hi vegan family! new subscriber here! I literally binged watched your
    videos all day and I can’t seem to get enough! I really do wish I came
    across your channel before because I would have avoided so many past
    mistakes. *sigh* I’ve learnt so much information in just a few hours, I
    can’t thank you enough!

    I was wondering if you guys could answer a question I had. I walk for 2
    miles (40 min) on the treadmill at 10 incline 3mph, do you think this is
    steady state cardio or do you think this would still sort of make my
    hormones go a little crazy? I workup quite a sweat so it worries me, am I
    pushing my body to hard? I come from a past of over-doing it with cardio so
    I really just wanna let my body relax but at the same time I want to drop
    some fat. I usually follow it up with 10 min of lifting (the way you guys
    recommend.)

  8. I found this fascinating and, yes, I did watch it all. I have scales
    similar to the Salter ones you have and although visually my body
    composition has changed quite a bit since becoming Vegan my fat percentage
    has never altered according to the scales! I did start ignoring them a long
    time ago as it was just demoralising so it was good to have this confirmed.

    focus on the nutrition values and lesser on the number on the scales 🙂
    just a pity I can’t get those supplements cause I’m just toooo far away!

  10. Brilliant video!! I love the message you give in this video about not
    getting caught up in all the numbers! I had a dexa scan about 4 months ago
    and then an ‘evolt 360’ scan just 2 weeks ago and the evolt scan put me at
    15% less than the dexa. I have leaned down a little, but certainly not that
    much!

  11. You are right about the scale. There are times when I look in the mirror
    and think “wow, I must have lost weight” and then I jump on a scale. If it
    shows the same number as month ago (as it happens quite often), I’m getting
    depressed and I cannot stop thinking about this bloody number!

  12. I am new to this channel so I am just clearing this, if Georgie is 28, and
    Mia is 12. Then Georgie had more a when she was 16. And if sienna is 5,
    Georgie was 22 when she had Sienna.
