  1. Hello Dr. Berg, will it be helpful if you’re trying to treat facial acne?? Also, I’m trying to gain back weight that I’ve lost and use gym 4-5 times in week, will taking ACV prevent me from achieving the desired weight . I also want to highlight the fact; that my acne and workout has no link in fact I see significant improvement when I do cardio workout that helps clearing up any acne, thing is I’ve lost so much weight that If I push myself any more….., my family were skeptical to point where they thought I was doing hard drugs. I really want to see a difference, it’s starting to hurt me a lot and leaves me stressful even when i’m not around anyone. Please any advice will be helpful, your video has been very informative. I want to treat this matter the smart way rather than abusing my body at the gym.

  7. My god, I am going to the health food store today to get this stuff.  This is marvellous information, last year I had lots of tests for symptoms Dr Berg has talked about and nothing could be found, I came away feeling lost.  A lot of the symptoms he is talking about is what I was showing, pins and needles, muscle cramps, acid reflux etc and also some arthritis, now I have watched his posts, this is making sense to me.  I have had very high stress at times………. I’m gonna try it

  8. Dr. Berg, thank you so much for presenting this. Very informative. I see too many people spreading information, without knowledge of what is really going on. I fear that by telling half truths, they may end up harming someone, if not themselves.
