The Fastest Way To Lose Weight: MUST WATCH!

Weight Loss Tip: If you make an effort to exercise before going to work each day, you might be surprised by the weight loss results that you achieve. Studies have shown that the stress of the day, along with the amount of energy exerted, causes people to be more likely to go home and relax rather than work out.

Take Dr. Berg’s Advanced Evaluation Quiz:

Your report will then be sent via email analyzing 104 potential symptoms, giving you a much deeper insight into the cause-effect relationship of your body issues. It’s free and very enlightening.

Dr. Berg talks about the fastest way to lose weight. It all boils down to aligning your diet to triggering Growth Hormone (GH) and using intermittent fasting but making sure you do not snack or eat any sugar as well. If you start with 3 meals with no snacking, then rotate in 3 days to 2 meals, then 1 1/2 meals (green shake), you can get your body into fat burning very fast.

  1. I did this, and it really works, thanx Dr. Berg. I had some struggle at the very beginning, but I used to it. 😀

  2. For the protein, is it 5 oz a meal or for the whole day? For example I eat 2 boiled eggs for lunch with salad and for dinner salad with tuna. That’s more the 5 oz a day

  3. Dr Berg? When can we eat fruits when we break our fast? Should it be with the meal or in the time span of eating?

  4. Dr. Berg, I have been watching your videos, and educating myself on Intermittent fasting. I have lost 7 pounds so far and I just can’t tell you how appreciative i am. I listen to you every day for support and inspiration. Thank you

  5. My 80 pounds weight gain after my beautiful children and lack of knowing how to lose the weight have left me overweight for years. I know have sleep apnea and desperately want to lose this weight. Thank god so far, i’m not diabetic, and no heart problems.

  6. Dr. Berg, Since I have been watching you, I have tried intermittent Fasting, slowly introducing myself to cutting my meals, with no snacks, and I have found myself losing, eventhrough thanksgiving. Thank you so much. I can do this without feeling Im starving myself. Believe it or not, no more hunger pains as well, even through a 15 hr. fast. Thanks so much.

  7. Dr. What if i stay on the third step ?
Im doing that , i lost 2 kg in 3 days , just want to know if i will lose more if i do rotating in those steps or not ?

  8. When to take my whey protein shake while I’m on intermittent fasting (my workout is in the morning session)?

  9. Thank you so much. I lost 1 size in 3 weeks of intermittent fasting( I eat twice all days except for 2 days when I eat 3 meals) . For me biggest gains has come in the last week when I added apple cider vinegar. I also didn’t stress and did no workout for close to 10 days in 3 weeks instead enjoyed quite time. Prior to this I used to workout very hard. I like the extra awareness this bought which then gracefully led to cooking/eating healthy. First 2 weeks were dizzy and tiring but it all worked out when I started stuffing less in the noon. Thank you so much. May god bless you.

  10. I wake up very early in the morning at 6am for workout. Do I have to skip my brekkie and have it later at 1130am? I might become dizzy at office. Any suggestion?

  11. I have been doing this for years
I have coffee first thing in the morning then breakfast around 11 then (Linner Between Lunch and dinner around 3 ,I don’t eat out,I don’t eat junk, fast or process food at all .I’m only 113 and about 5″ foot tall but i don’t like my belly fat , at this point it looks like I need to work out to tone up .

  12. I cant figure out a good green shake to make… I do not do sweetners and green smoothies are gross with no sweetness so not sure what to do but would love to do this!! I donlive keto!

  13. Hey doc…. that’s a good video….I have a question…..I am hypothyroid and have severe gastric problem….so can I do intermittent fasting?

  14. Question: Wouldnt eating many calories in one sitting spike insulin?
…That one meal a day that is 1500 calories sounds scary.

  15. Hi, I’m just wondering where tracking calories enters into this? I’ve been keto for 5 weeks, and yes the initial weight loss was great (water weight?) but I want to continue healthily and incorporate exercise… any recommendations for calories in/deficits would be greatly appreciated!

  16. I have a question about the green shake.. aren’t they all have over 20grams sugar? And it’s important to have less sugar during intermittent fasting, right?

  17. There are 3 factors in fat loss – exercise, diet, and motivation.
One resource I found that successfully combines these is the Alinn diet plan (check it out on google) definately the no.1 diet i’ve seen. Check out the before and after photos and extraordinary reviews.

  18. Great video. I am still struggling with understanding how many calories to eat for each meal. If you eat 3 meals, how many calories should you consume per meal?

  19. Trying to loss weight with a lot of exercise is a losing battle. Eventually you will wind up burned out, unhealthy and have a number of over use injuries. You have to learn how to control your weight with your diet. For most people….limiting your carbohydrate intake is probably your best weight loss option.
