  1. When I do 3rd exercise their is a crack sound coming every time from my knees. Does it harm my knees in future or not? I am 17 years old.

  4. I am basically what you would call morbidly obese at this point, this needs to change. Doing the “kinda like a crunch” section really hurts my spine/back. Any pointers?
    Details: Man, 30, 5,8 feet, 275 lbs.
    Bad knees, from extensive childhood sports, probably made worse due to the weight.
