  6. I use frozen blueberries too , but took it a step further……I get frozen Pineapple, frozen mango and frozen red cherries. Kale I get fresh from local market. My frozen fruit makes it faster in the morning and icy cool to drink. I use a Nutri-Bullet machine which makes blending a breeze

  9. best to eat the berries at night. #1 blueberries, #2 blackberry, #3 strawberries. I take Reds Drink 3times a day along with green drink for breakfast, juice in afternoon. Pears good for digestion. Move energy and better mood/mind function.
