  2. I’ve been doing this workout for 2 weeks now, and it really helps! I lost a
    lot of belly fat these 2 weeks! 11 pounds to be exact. If you do this for a
    year, I bet you’ll slim down a lot.

    and water…but slowly and surely. I made it through.

  4. Super workout for a 10 min. window…very happy with the results I’m
    getting. I turn off the sound though when doing these, and crank up the old
    Van Halen LOL! ;)
